CWS Final Payments Due June 11th

Medical history forms and final payments for summer camp are due in our office by June 11.  Please include your child’s name and camp week on all correspondence and checks so that your payment can be quickly and properly credited.  Your check will serve as receipt of payment.

If circumstances are such that you must cancel your child’s week, please notify us immediately. If you have misplaced your medical history form, you can download one from our website at www.campwillowsprings.org/forms.
