      Hello Mary,

      The forms will be available on February 2nd. February 3rd is the first day that we will begin accepting and processing forms.

      There is no deadline or due date for registration forms, but some weeks fill quickly so we encourage you to send the form in soon. Since it is hard to predict which weeks may fill first, we recommend listing alternate session options if possible.
