Fees & Financial Asssistance
Summer Camp Fee
Camp fees for all weeks except June 25-30 and July 31 – August 5 is $475. The fee for June 25-30 and July 31 – August 5 is $445. The camp fee includes *accident insurance, canteen, 3 activity classes, meals, and lodging. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit and any extra recreation fees are due with registration. The balance is due by May 3, 2017.
*Accident insurance includes up to $3,500.00 for medical expenses incurred from an injury at camp. Additional expenses will be the parents responsibility. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries or illness.
Change of Session or Cancellation
Any change of camp session requires a $25.00 processing charge per change. No changes after May 3, 2017. In case of cancellation, the fee (less the deposit) is refundable if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to arrival at camp.
It is our desire that every child have the opportunity to attend CWR. Our financial assistance funds are intended for those children who otherwise would not be able to attend camp. If you wish to apply for financial assistance, please contact our office for an application as soon as possible.
