Legacy Wrap-up from the Executive Director

Over 150 Mothers, daughters and CWR staff celebrated the fall Mother-Daughter LEGACY retreat the weekend of October 5-7.  From start to finish, it was packed with as much action as was wanted and as much laid-back time as was needed!  Tracie Miles, our Proverbs 31 Ministries speaker,  led us so beautifully in sessions focusing on how we are “Divinely Designed” by God.

“We love YOU CWR, and the speaker was awesome! We loved the music too! All of it! So wonderful! THANK YOU!”

From the Friday night games with Jeremy in the gym, to the Saturday afternoon recreation (crafts, zumba, zipline, giant swing, canoeing, riding the red shark) to the delicious meals served, with every new friendship formed,  every song sung with the music team, and every session’s teachable moments, it was a blessed, fun-filled, memory-making weekend!

Thank you, Tracie, for being so instrumental in God’s hands.  Kaitlyn, it was such a joy to have you here with your Mom!

Philip, Brogan, Matt, and Zach…..what a blessing you were in leading us in worship through song!  Thank you for being our P&W Team!  Shelley, Brady, and our Girl’s Trio….thank you for your special music!

CWR weekend staff….thank you for your servant hearts to also be here as co-laborers together with us through food service, recreation, the s’more campfire, and any other way you could minister.

Moms and Daughters, thank you for being  the reason we are here!  Thoughts, love and prayers are with you all!
