Fees & Scholarship Availability

Cost
Camper fees will be $420.00 per person for all weeks except June 17-22 ($400), July 30 – August 4 ($400) and August 8-11 ($275). The camp fee includes *accident insurance, canteen, 3 activity classes, meals, and lodging. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit and any extra recreation fees are due with registration. The balance is due by May 4, 2011. Please include the campers name and camp week on all correspondence and checks. We do not accept any drive-in/hand-delivered registrations for summer camp. Completed registrations must be returned to us via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. Mail registration and payment to: Camp Willow Run, Summer Registration, 190 Mangum Lane, Littleton, NC 27850.

  1. *Accident insurance includes up to $3,500.00 for medical expenses incurred from an injury at camp. Additional expenses will be the parents responsibility. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries or illness.

Change of Session or Cancellation
Any change of camp session requires a $25.00 processing charge per change. No changes after May 4. In case of cancellation, the fee (less the deposit) is refundable if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to arrival at camp.

Scholarship
It is our desire that every child have the opportunity to attend CWR. Our scholarship funds are intended for those children who otherwise would not be able to attend camp. The Alana L. R. Liles Memorial Fund has also been established by friends to provide additional scholarship assistance. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please contact our office for an application as soon as possible.
