Responsibilities: Disciple staff in spiritual development.  Lead staff Bible studies.  Maintain communication with all summer staff, meet needs as they arise.  Be prepared to fill in a recreation area as needed.

Qualifications: Rising college senior with previous camp experience at CWR.  Spiritually mature Christian.  Twenty years old or older.  Ability to build and lead cohesive Christian community.
