    Hello Camp Family: Thank you for your support of this ministry through the years by attending summer camp or a retreat, serving on summer staff, or giving financially. This year has been unlike any year we have ever experienced both in our personal lives and in the life of camp. The COVID-19 pandemic has substantially impacted camp and we want to share our need with you. This year, we will have a budget shortfall as our operating revenues will be down 62%.     Hello Camp Families, We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation as it relates to summer camp at Camp Willow Springs & Camp Willow Run. North Carolina is currently under a stay at home order through May 8. Our governor has given a 3-phase plan to reopen North Carolina and will be giving an update on the timeline of this plan within the next week.   • Summer Camp Update

    We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as it relates to summer camp at Camp Willow Springs & Camp Willow Run. Our first summer sessions are 9-weeks away and at this time we are prayerful and hopeful that summer camp will be able to continue as planned. The health and safety of our campers, guests, and staff are of utmost importance to us. We recognize that there may need to be adjustments to our summer camp schedule.     The Father Son retreat on April 24-26, 2020 is canceled as a result of the COVID-19 situation and the recent stay at home orders from the Governors of NC & VA. We will greatly miss having each of you here! The fees for this retreat will be fully refunded and we will begin processing the refunds on Monday, April 6.
